How to run
- Pick one 100+ row tender you already know (won or lost).
- Freeze the same catalog sample and the same deadline.
- Run your current best path (Excel, LLM hybrid, other software—not only bare chat).
- Run Orbid (or any alternative) on the same inputs.
- Score both paths. Include catalog/certificate prep time fully.
