A startup pack: NDA, services, employment, SAFE.

A first cross-border pack should be small enough to price: confidentiality, services or SaaS, employment or EOR, SAFE only if a holding company already exists — plus a DPA pointer if the product touches personal data. Default is a single matter.

What's in the first pack?

One-way or mutual NDA so talks can start. Then the paper the destination buyer will actually sign — services, an order form, or SaaS. Employment or EOR if someone will work in the destination without an entity. SAFE or shareholders’ paper only when a holding company is already in the story. If you sell SaaS or services that touch personal data, name a DPA in the same pack.

Default is a single matter

One named pack, one price, approved before hours. Switch to an annual module only if the team is already issuing many NDAs or SOWs in a quarter.

Questions

Must a startup pack include a DPA?

If SaaS or services touch personal data, yes — as a pointer in the pack, not as a privacy-law opinion.

When does an annual module make sense?

When you already issue many NDAs or SOWs in a quarter. A first pack stays a single matter.

Do we need a SAFE without a holding company?

No. Name SAFE only if that holding company already exists.
